The 3rd U.S. Infantry (The Old Guard) horse-drawn caisson carries the coffin of LCDR James T. Ruffin to the burial site at Arlington National Cemetery. Ruffin was listed as missing-in-action after failing to return from flying a mission off the coast of North Vietnam on Feb. 18, 1966
