Summary
Panels from a skirt made of lightweight taffeta with chiné warp producing Louis XV design of vertical bands, each containing large serpentining floral band with small floral form dropping from each outward curve below, and each set off by guard bands. Greens, yellows, corals, brown, mauve on an undyed ground.
