Students of the Alaska Air National Guard 176th Wing's 3rd annual Satellite NCO Academy, perform a formal retreat. The Satellite Academy consists of four months of training two nights a week, except the last two weeks which are eight hours a day and taught by an instructor from the Air National Guard Training and Education Center from McGee-Tyson. Students receive in-resident credit for the NCO Academy, but get the advantage of staying at home, and reducing costs to the Air National Guard. Students left to right are, Technical Sergeant (TSGT) Taggart J. Hooper, TSGT Sherri M. Moran, TSGT Leigh A. Norman, TSGT Lyn. M Garrett, TSGT Paul S. Bobby
