Group of employees photographed inside Rosewarne's Meatworks, situated at Doboy. Taken in 1915, it shows the crude conditions prevailing in the industry. Third from the left in the bowler hat is manager Jim Munro. Cattle were driven from Newmarket saleyards across Victoria Bridge to holding paddocks at Wynnum. The photo was taken by a photographer known as 'Dirty George' Cooling, who travelled the Wynnum Manly area on a push bike (Description supplied with photograph).
