Spc. Ezra Hunter of Goreville, Illinois, a member of Co. A, 2nd Battalion, 230th Infantry based in West Frankfort, Illinois, fires an M-4 rifle during the weapons qualification event of the Illinois Best Warrior Competition at Marseilles Training Center in Marseilles, Illinois, April 7-10. The Illinois Best Warrior Competition pits the top Soldiers across the state against each other in a multitude of events designed to test their physical fitness, mental toughness, and their competence at warrior skills.
