Spc. Brennan Callahan, a cavalry scout with 1st Squadron, 113th Cavalry Regiment, Iowa Army National Guard, assigned to Regional Command-East, Kosovo Force, instructs a class on finding a slope during a patrol along the administrative boundary line Feb. 12, 2021. The slope was determined to be roughly 17 degrees in elevation. Any slope greater than seven degrees is considered an obstacle.
