Summary
Soldiers with the North Carolina National Guard special forces units, Special Operations Detachment-X, Company B, 1st Bn., 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and Company B, 3rd Bn., 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), conduct airborne operations training at Blackstone Army Airfield, Fort Pickett, Va., Feb. 7 and 8. The SF Soldiers satisfy their airborne training four times a year by parachuting from an airplane in the same manner they would when entering a combat zone.(U.S. Army National Guard photo by Sgt.
