Sgts. Adam Tibesar (left) and Cody Leifheit (center) monitor enlistees Zackary Boyer (rear left) and Tyler Badertscher (right) as they perform pull-ups during the initial strength test portion of a Recruiting Station Seattle pool function at the Yakima Training Center in Yakima, Wash., July 17, 2015. During the event, recruiters teamed with drill instructors to physically and mentally prepare enlistees from Washington and Idaho for boot camp. The enlistees, part of the Marine Corps delayed entry program, are awaiting their ship dates. Tibesar, 25, is from Billings, Mont., and is a recruiter in Everett, Wash. Leifheit, 28, is from Ferndale, Wash., and is a recruiter in Lewiston, Idaho. Badertscher, 18, is from Athol, Idaho, graduated from Timberlake High School and was recruited by Sgt. Alex Angle.
