Sgt. Maj. Jonathan DeHart, the 99th Readiness Division Directorate of Human Resource’s sergeant major, reviews in-processing packets of Soldiers within the Fit for Life (F2L) program, Aug. 4. F2L is an Army reserve pilot program designed to help Soldiers who are not eligible to re-enlist due to not meeting the Army height and weight program or physical fitness standards.
