SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 19, 2020) Cmdr. Andrew Cook, the outgoing commanding officer of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5 and Task Group 75.1, salutes Capt. Oscar Rojas, commodore, EOD Group 1, during a change-of-command ceremony held on Naval Base Guam in Santa Rita, Guam. Cook was relieved by Cmdr. John Keefe as U.S. 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task group responsible for EOD and expeditionary mine countermeasures to eliminate explosive threats so the Fleet and Nation can fight and win. The ceremony was limited to essential personnel and live streamed for virtual attendance to adhere with COVID-19 safety protocols.
