Sailors heave a mooring line aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) as the ship arrives in Subic Bay, Philippines for Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX). PHIBLEX is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
