BARRIGADA, Guam (Mar. 03, 2014) Sailors from the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) and the Los Angeles-class submarine USS Key West (SSN 722) spray paint tires to build a playground for the Guahan Academy Charter School. The playground will be constructed entirely of donated recycled materials. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
