Representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District, the government of Guam, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), NAVFAC Marianas, U.S. Department Health and Human Services, and 18th MEDCOM conducted a site assessment April 22 of the John F. Kennedy High School gymnasium in Tamuning for potential future use as Alternate Care Facility. USACE is working with the White House, Department of Defense, and other Federal, State, territorial and local partners in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. (Photo by Lt. Col.
