Regimental Colors of the 5th United States Colored Troops (USCT) used during the Civil War. Future Medal of Honor recipient Powhatan Beatty and his squad became the first Soldiers of the 127th Ohio Volunteer Infantry in Delaware, Ohio, which was later reorganized as the 5th USCT.
