John Fuller, commander, Navy Region Hawaii and Naval Surface Group, Middle Pacific, speaks during a rededication ceremony for World War II Pearl Harbor survivor Doris "Dorie" Miller, who was serving onboard the USS West Virginia (BB-48) during the attack on Pearl Harbor. Dec. 7, 2016, marked the 75th anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor and Oahu.
