Guadio (center) incoming Commandant of NDW and Adm. Vern Clark, Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) listen to his remarks. Rear Adm. Weaver will step down and take charge as Commander, Navy Installations (CNI). The Navy Installations will be commissioned today and act as a key element of the Navy's Sea Enterprise pillar of the Seapower 21 Vision.
