Protectors of the Four Freedoms raise Old Glory by the Office of Emergency Management's (OEM) huge Four Freedoms photomontage at the National and Civilian Defense Exposition in Grand Central Palace, New York. This panel, which measures 15 x 30 feet, and another of equal size entitled Arsenal of Democracy were designed by Jean Carlu, eminent poster artist, in accordance with a new technic in montage used only once before. The sections are 2 1/2 feet square. The panels will shortly be seen in a number of other cities
