On hand for the launching of the two giant photomontages is the eminent poster artist Jean Carlu. Tha panels, entitled Arsenal of Democracy and the Four Freedoms, measure 15 x 30 feet each and were designed for the Office of Emergency Management (OEM). Both are now on display at the National and Civilian Defense Exposition in New York and will shortly be seen in a number of other cities.
