GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. - Two Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopter crews, from Air Stations Traverse City, Mich., and New Orleans, conduct a preflight safety brief March 28, 2009, before transiting to Fargo to stand-by for rescue operations.
