At Byrd Field (Richmond International Airport), Technical Sergeant Wilson, a crewchief for the Virginia Air National Guard's 192nd Fighter Wing, does a final operations check on an F-16C before a mission in support of Operation NOBLE EAGLE. The 192 FW is located just outside of Richmond in Sandston, Virginia.
