description

Summary

Annapolis, Md. (May. 13, 2003) Freshmen, known as "Plebes," participate in an 11.5 hour rigorous physical and mental challenge at the United States Naval Academy known as "Sea Trials." This day-long, action-oriented event, modeled after the U.S. Marine Corps 54-hour "Crucible" and the Navys "Battle Stations" training tests, requires plebes to use skills they have learned during their first year at the Naval Academy.
