Flooding ^ Hurricane/Tropical Storm ^ Severe Storm - Wilmington, Vt. , September 30, 2011 -- Michael Harris, FEMA Mitigation team member shows the high water mark on the Norton House. Tropical Storm Irene raised the water level of the Deerfield River 28 feet above normal levels.
