Summary
Pfc. Yuriy Lashchuk, born in Krivoy-Rog, Ukraine, raised his right hand and repeated the Oath of Allegiance to become an American citizen, during a naturalization ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Nov. 9.
