Summary
Capt. Freddy Munoz (2nd from left) of Morton, Minn., receives the Guidon of Delta “Drifter” Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion 194th Armor, from the commander of the 1-194 CAB, Lt. Col. Brian Melton, during a change of command ceremony at Camp Virginia, Kuwait. Munoz replaced the outgoing commander, Capt.
