Paratroopers from Battery A, 4th Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, fire an M119A2 105 millimeter howitzer July 22 at Estonia’s Tapa training grounds. The field exercise marked the first use of American artillery in direct and indirect fire support training missions ever on Estonian soil in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which includes combined training exercises with U.S., Polish, Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian military forces to foster interoperability and demonstrate a commitment to NATO obligations.
