Parachutes made of plastic bags, popsicle sticks and tape are prepared as part of a carriage designed for an egg to survive drops of more than 15 feet during a team building challenge for the 107th Civil Engineer Squadron at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y., Aug. 12, 2018. The squadron has recently started holding monthly challenges during their monthly drill to break up their normal routine, and to bring Airmen together who don't commonly work together.
