Two members from the Valley Park Emergency Medical Services unit help an elderly resident from Oxbow, N.D. rescued from her flooded home by a Coast Guard Station Marblehead airboat crew along the Red River in Oxbow here, Wednesday, March 25, 2009. Coast Guard Sector Upper Mississippi River commenced a multi-agency rescue effort with the assistance of units from the Ninth Coast Guard District for the communities of Grand Forks, Fargo and Bismarck, N.D. on the Red River with airboat, HH-65C rescue helicopters and the Disaster Area Response Team.
