The US Navy (USN) Sea Wolf Class Attack Submarine USS JIMMY CARTER (SSN 23) nudged toward the pier by Alpha Marine Services C-Tractor tugs on its arrival at Kings Bay following a one-night underway that included an embark by former US President James E.
