YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 07, 2012) Newly -promoted petty officers stand in formation aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) while Capt. G.J. Fenton, the ships commanding officer, presents their frocking letters during a frocking ceremony. George Washington frocked 537 Sailors during the ceremony. George Washington completed its 2012 patrol and returned to its forward-operating location of Fleet Activities Yokosuka, and will soon enter its selective restricted availability.
