Moore, Okla., November 23, 2013 -- Wayne Rickard, FEMA Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator, assists engineers, architects and designers (participating in the Safe Schools 101 initiative and assessment of Oklahoma schools) inspect the integrity and safety of Northmoor Elementary School to develop recommendations for improved safety from tornadoes and natural disasters at the school.
