Micromotor nanotoxoids are fabricated in a sequential
Summary
Micromotor nanotoxoids are fabricated in a sequential process (a). When micromotor toxoids are administered orally to mice (b), the enteric coating protects the formulation from degradation in the low gastric pH. Then, the enteric coating dissolves in the neutral pH of the intestine, and the intestinal fluid activates the micromotors. The autonomous propulsion facilitates enhanced retention, promoting immunity.
