Members of the media film on a large scale map at the District of Columbia National Guard Armory, in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday Dec. 12, 2012. The map was used by the Joint Task Force -- National Capital Region to discuss plans for military support to the 57th Presidential inauguration on Jan. 21, 2013.
