Members of the German Armed Forces await the opening ceremony of "Grosser Zapfenstreich," the Grand Tattoo, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, on March 8, 2002. 360 torch-bearing members began the ceremony as the sunsets over the airfield. The ceremony, attended by the Ramstein military community and guests from the local community, was a gift to the base in recognition of the 50th anniversary of Ramstein Air Base
