Bill Deluca, Escambia County Florida Liaison Officer, at an open house style forum at the Hilton Gulf Breeze Hotel here Sat. July 17, 2010. Deluca attended the open house to speak with concerned citizens and members of the print and broadcast media about the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response. Deluca works closely with Incident Command Post Mobile, Ala., which is responsible for making sure the oil is removed from the environment in the states of Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida panhandle.
