In this photo released by the Coast Guard, George Capestany, the Director of Business Development for the Master Builders Association for King and Snohomish Counties, Wash., Sam Anderson, the Executive Officer for the Master Builders Association for King and Snohomish Counties, Cmdr. Jonathan Milkey, the executive officer of Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Seattle and Jeff Svik, the co-owner for Berg's Landscaping in Seattle and Bellevue, Wash., conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony for a presentation of flower planters, a flag pole and plaque that was placed at the entrance to the base May 22, 2009. The items were presented as a gift to the Coast Guard on behalf of the Master Builders Association for their 100 year anniversary of community service projects. The event was part of the 100 community service projects the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties is completing in 2009 to celebrate its Centennial anniversary.
