SAN DIEGO (Oct. 04, 2017) Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Daniel Jackson-Norgart conducts morning colors aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). The national ensign is being flown at half-mast throughout the U.S. Navy on Oct. 4 in commemoration of the ten fallen Sailors from the USS John S.
