Marines assigned to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU) embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5) bow their heads during the invocation for a ceremony honoring the U.S. Marine Corps' 237th birthday. Peleliu is the flagship of the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group and with the 15th MEU are deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
