Marine Staff Sgt. Blair Johnson, training chief and squad leader with 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, explains convoy techniques to service members from the Spanish Armed Forces, Royal Moroccan Armed Forces and other partner nations during Exercise African Lion 16, April 19, 2016 at the Tifnit Military Base in Morocco. African Lion is an annually-scheduled, combined U.S.-Moroccan exercise designed to improve interoperability and mutual understanding of each nation’s tactics, techniques and procedures while demonstrating the strong bond between the two nations' militaries.
