El encuentro fue encabezado por el diputado Luciano Laspina, titular de la Comisión de Presupuesto y Hacienda de la Cámara baja, el director de la Oficina de Presupuesto del Congreso, Marcos Makón, y el director general de Relaciones Internacionales de Diputados, Juan de Dios Cincunegui.
