Maj. Gen. Richard G. Kaiser, commanding general of Combined Security Transition Command- Afghanistan, tours the logistics warehouses of the 215th Corps in Helmand in February, 2017 to assess logistical challenges and evaluate next steps to build capacity and sustainment progression for Operation Shafaq II Campaign. Accompanying him was Afghan Maj. Gen. Ahmadzai Sakhi, assistant director of the Ministry of Defense for technology, acquisition and logistics.
