Maj. Brian Hummel (left), a Tamaqua, Pa., native and operations officer with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, administers the Oath of Enlistment to Spc. Derek Filloy (right), a Weatherly, Pennsylvania, native and canon crewmember with Battery A, 1st Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery, 1st Cav.
