Lexuan Dieu, a local farmer, shares a laugh with U.S. Air Force Maj. Melissa Tennant, 374th Surgical Operations Squadron physical therapist, at a health service outreach event during Pacific Angel (PAC ANGEL) 18-2 at the Cultural House of Tam Giang commune in Nui Thanh, Quang Nam province, Vietnam, Sept. 14, 2018. Dieu had been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for three months before meeting with a PAC ANGEL healthcare professional. The health service outreach site hosts general medicine, physical therapy, optometry, and dental clinics where more than 600 attendees are expected to pass through daily until the operation ends Sept. 15.
