Letter from William Schauffler, Andover, to Amos Augustus Phelps, [June 11 -1828]
Summary
In this letter to Amos A. Phelps, William Schauffler discusses some of Phelps’s affairs to which he attended. Preceding this letter are: (1) a letter from “C. Tryon” to Phelps, stating that he is sending money to Phelps and requesting a receipt, and (2) a statement signed by “M. Newman” that A. A. Phelps received 14 dollars and 24 cents on account.
