Letter from Charles Lenox Remond, Dublin, [Ireland], to William Lloyd Garrison, 1841 October 2d
Summary
Charles Lenox Remond writes to William Lloyd Garrison that he has "served our cause in Ireland as far south as the city of Cork [and] if I do nothing more I shall not regret my visit." Remond also states that "our cause is fast becoming valuable its dimenstions are being better known [and] appreciated." He closes the letter by asking Garrison to forward the Liberator to "Richd Grubb, Esq." On the second page, Remond asks Garrison to tell "friend Collins [and] Mrs. Chapman" that the "Bazaar Box from Ireland will be a good one."
