(Left to right) Petty Officer 3rd Class Jessie Davis and Seaman Devon Butler, both from Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team Coos Bay, make their way out to the south jetty at Umpqua River to install a concrete footing for a new sound signal, near Winchester Bay, Ore., Wednesday, May 14, 2014. In addition to building structures such as this, the ANT is also responsible for five lighthouses, 18 primary buoys, 43 secondary buoys and 156 other lights, day beacons and fog signals covering a 240-mile-stretch of Oregon coastline.
