Lance Cpl. Martin Raya, a transmissions operator with Charlie Company, 8th Communication Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, communicates through radio to remote stations across the U.S. on Camp Lejeune, N.C., March 19, 2020. The U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command organized a competition called QRPX, or Low-Power Transmission Exercise, and welcomed service members across all branches to compete in it.
