LOCKPORT, La. - A U.S. Coast Guard color guard marches down the aisle to present colors before a keel laying ceremony for the first Coast Guard Sentinel Class Fast Response Cutter at the Bollinger Shipyards, April 9, 2010. The Coast Guard's newest class of cutters, the FRC is a 154-foot vessel named after enlisted heroes from throughout the Coast Guard's history.
