Summary
Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Q. Massimov, (left) listens to a briefing during his visit to Training Center Illisky, Aug. 21. During Steppe Eagle 2010, the Prime Minister was briefed on the concept of the exercise, visited the headquarters building and met briefly with Third Army Service members of each section. Massimov also reviewed Kazakh soldiers and equipment. Steppe Eagle is an annual multi-echelon, multi-lateral, Third Army-led exercise focusing on peace and security operations between Kazakhstan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
