So-called Portrait of Isabella of Savoy (1591-1626), wife of Alfonso III d'Este, Duke of Modena

It's probably a depiction of Maria Caterina Farnese (1615-1646), her daughter-in-law, since the sitter has a great resemblance to the portraits of this lady (see images below)
