Summary
Print shows the interior of a room used by the Revolutionary committee during the Reign of Terror; citizens enter on the left and submit their appeals, then procede along the table where judgment is pronounced by a group of revolutionaries; scattered around the room are revolutionaries holding long pikes, and on the right, overlooking the scene, is a bust of Jean Paul Marat and the bust of another man.
