Summary
Sgt. Sean Windsor and Spc. Joseph Scanlan, of the North Dakota National Guard's 164th Engineering Battalion of Minot, perform levee patrols in one section of more than 20 miles worth of levees from Minot to Burlington that the Guard is patrolling.
